and each house is identified by colour.
From the front, the three levels of coastal living
overlook the beautiful white beaches of Scarborough and
Trigg. The small private street offers parking for visitors
and access to each of the 5 private double garages.
Above each garage is the entrance to the idyllic
accommodation and to the side is a balcony that opens up
from the master bedroom. The upper floor is fronted by a
large deck ideal for entertaining, outdoor dining or just
enjoying the world-class view.
The rear of the houses each feature an enclosed backyard
with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting for 6. The lawns and
gardens are overlooked by east facing balconies with city
views.
